Step 1.
Insert the bar tool.
Rotate the drive shaft until the hole in the large pulley and the bar tool aligned.
Step 2.
Unscrew wheel mounting bolt with the 19 mm end of the box wrench or your fingers.
Step 3.
Remove wheel bolt and outer flange, leaving inner flange in place.
Step 4.
Confirm the direction of rotation of the cutting wheel and mount it so its centre hole fits over the adapter mounted on the drive shaft.
Step 5.
Align the hole in the cutter flange with the drive shaft and press it on.
Step 6.
Finger tighten the wheel bolt and then tighten it fully with a socket wrench. Tighten it to a torque of 25 to 30 N・m.
Step 7.
Remove the bar tool and rotate the cutting wheel by hand; make sure it is straight and wobble-free.
